Survey & Design
Utilizing advanced 3D laser scanning technology, we can accurately, and cost effectively capture the size and shape of any building or interior. The resultant ‘point clouds’ can be imported into 3D CAD modelling software to create faithful digital copies, which can be developed to BIM standards if required. 2D drawings for approval and installation purposes, showing elevations, plans and sections can be generated directly from the 3D models. All stone component manufacture details can also be extracted from the 3D model, increasing both accuracy and efficiency. These will be in the format of traditional cutting lists and detail sheets but can include digital 3D files for direct integration with CNC machinery. In addition, computer-generated VR simulations can be produced from the same models, allowing clients to virtually experience and approve their project in 3d before production begins. This innovative approach ensures that designs can be realized exactly as envisioned, down to the finest detail.

Fabrication & Quality Control
We integrate modern production techniques using multi axis CNC’s, waterjets, CNC saws and other advanced stone machinery with the hand-finishing skills of the finest craftsmen, to delivery the finest quality production. After production our dry laying process is crucial for quality control to allow numerous cross checks in the finished pieces. This also ensures vein matches are aligned across slabs, ensuring the desired aesthetic before final packing and installation.
